The Context
In the current digital ecosystem, a single aggregate score (like a 4.4 rating) fails to communicate reality. It merges unrelated variables — such as aesthetic appeal and food safety — into a single, non-informative digit. This lack of data granularity leaves guests uncertain and prevents high-performing venues from being recognized for what they actually do well.
