1.2 Information Collected Automatically

1.3 Information from Third-Party Sources

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Generate venue quality scores, risk scores, verdicts, and review integrity alerts using our AI-powered natural language processing pipeline.
- Process reviews submitted through Goler by extracting claims, classifying signals, and incorporating them into venue assessments.
- Deliver push notifications, promotional messages, and system communications.
- Facilitate communication between users and venues through our messaging system.
- Display venue distances and nearby recommendations based on your location.
- Improve, personalize, and develop new features for the Service.

3. AI Processing and Automated Decision-Making
Goler uses artificial intelligence and natural language processing to analyze visitor reviews and generate venue assessments. Specifically:
- Reviews are processed through an automated pipeline that extracts individual claims, classifies them against a taxonomy of quality and risk signals, and assigns confidence scores.
- Venue scores, verdicts, and review integrity alerts are generated algorithmically without manual intervention.
- Our AI pipeline processes the text content of reviews. It does not use biometric data, facial recognition, or any form of user profiling unrelated to venue assessment.
These automated assessments are clearly labeled as algorithmic outputs and accompanied by disclaimers. They are not editorial opinions.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Venue owners. If you send a message to a venue through the Goler platform, the venue owner will see the content of your message.
- Reviews. Reviews submitted through Goler are used in our analysis pipeline and may be reflected in venue assessments visible to other users.
- Service providers. We use third-party services including Amazon Web Services (hosting, Cognito authentication, data storage).
- Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
5. Data Retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
- Reviews and feedback submitted through Goler are retained as part of our venue analysis dataset. If you delete your account, your reviews will be anonymized.
- Messages between users and venues are retained for as long as both parties maintain active accounts.
